Update git submodules 

* Update openstack-ansible-os_swift from branch 'master'
  to 719f8437f47756bba4baa448e35b462aef3face3
  - Remove nobarrier mount option from docs
    
    Swift stopped including this option in its docs in 2019, and recent
    kernels stopped recognizing it as a valid option, leading to mount
    failures.
