Nishant Kumar 2b67ffaefb (gating) Add shellcheck linter for multinode 
- Add a shellcheck linter for the scripts in the multinode
  framework

- Update all scripting to comply with shellcheck

- Move linting job to Ubuntu Bionic as the multinode gate now
  requires Bionic versions of libvirt

We will add scripts that will allow us to execute OpenStack CLI.

Sample example will be:

./run_openstack_cli.sh server list
