1. Downgrade ingress controller for MariaDB
Current MariaDB charts [1] do not support the latest
nginx ingress controller, e.g. Vts related parameters
were removed in June [2] from the controller.
An updated version matches the version that is configured
in mariadb chart by default.

The default error pages port for the MAAS ingress controller
is conflicting with the cluster ingress controller.
Change to a non-default port and update maas image and chart
versions.

After the latest update of component versions (update ingress), the
keystone rally tests are failing because helm-toolkit assumes a newer
version of rally. This patch bumps the version of the rally container
from the version 4.0.0 to ocata which is in line with the version of the
other components.

Update the apiserver's command prefix to match between the apiserver
chart and the genesis api server.

Enable multi-node gate for Airship using core Airship
components.
Deployment will be driven by Shipyard.
We will re-use and adapt the source codes from the Promenade
g2 Gate [1].

Changes the versions of Deckhand and Shipyard for the
airship-in-a-bottle manifests to newer versions to account for pod
labels. As a result, this also brings along several Shipyard schemas
and yaml files.

The pinned version in the official docker repo was removed. Switching
to Ubuntu's package for 16.04 should be stable enough for these
purposes.

Separates and cleans up some documentation around the
airship-in-a-bottle usage for demo vs. development
environment purposes. Dev environments will deploy only the
Airship specific components, while the Demo will show a
more complete installation of OpenStack on top of Airship.
