James Gu e4f3f81ec5 Fixed Mirantis repo key setting for docker and ceph repo 
The apt key had incorrect substitution for Mirantis ceph and docker
repos. Fixed to point to the appropriate key manifest.

Also corrected the default branch in .gitreview.
