Evgeny L 13b04b6bb0 Fix Shipyard and Drydock user overrides 
* Drydock: typo for user path `drydock.user` -> `auth.drydock`.
* Drydock: add an override for admin user.
* Shipyard: add an override for "shipyard" user.
